The Children Partnership![]() The Role and Responsibilities of the Children PartnershipThe Children Partnership (CP) has been created to improve planning, co-ordination and delivery of all services for children (between 0-10yrs) and their parents and carers, across the City and County of Swansea. The partnership meets four times a year and works at a more operational level than the Children and Young People Framework Partnership (CYPFP). The key responsibility of the partnership is to deliver the strategic vision for children and their parents and carers. The Partnership also works closely with the Swansea Early Years Development and Childcare Partnership (EYDCP) whose remit is 0-14 year olds. Guidance from WAG states that children and their carers should be involved in any improvements or changes to services, which affect them. |
